Pickup is on Wednesday and Saturday (Trash only) (Tuesday: Bagged Yard Waste Only) . Please have your items at the curb by 7:30AM on those days. Pickup will begin at 8:00AM. All trash must be in containers. Plastic bags stored inside a light weight plastic trash can is preferred. Containers are not to exceed 55 gallons. There is no need to separate your paper, glass or aluminum. The trash will be hauled to the Resource Recovery Facility where it is recycled to produce enough electricity to power 1290 homes a month.
These items are NOT to be included with your trash:
dead animals, hazardous or toxic materials, liquids of any kind, tree limbs and parts over 4 ft., contractor materials (concrete, lumber, carpet, etc.), automotive or vehicle parts, electronics, tires, furniture, appliances, items over 50 lbs. Residents are responsible for disposal of the above items at the appropriate landfill.
