Strawberry Ridge is an adult 55+, gated community located in Valrico, FL. There are 870 homes in the Ridge. The community boasts indoor and outdoor pools, spas, a state-of-the art Fitness Center, Activity Center, and Clubhouse. There is a tennis/pickleball court, a shuffleboard court, a ceramics shop and a woodshop. In addition to all the various activities, there is also a library and billiards room on premises. Strawberry Ridge has so much to offer. Why would you want to live anywhere else!

NEW STRAWBERRY RIDGE TRASH SCHEDULE AND PROCESS...

ATTENTION ALL STRAWBERRY RIDGE RESIDENTS!!!!!

WE HAVE NEW GARBAGE TRUCK INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE...

NEW SCHEDULE:

TUESDAY: YARD WASTE (BAGGED)

WEDNESDAY: TRASH

SATURDAY: TRASH

NOTE: THE NEW GARBAGE TRUCK WILL BE IN OUR COMMUNITY STARTING WEDNESDAY NOV 3, 2021!

IN ORDER YO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE NEW TRUCK AND TO COMPLY WITH DIRECTIVES FROM HILLSBOROUGH COUNTYREGARDING YARD WASTE, THEY WILL NOT BE PICKING UP YARD WASTE, LARGE BULK ITEMS, AND APPLIANCES.

SEE BELOW FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DISPOSE OF THESE ITEMS:

YARD WASTE (GRASS CLIPPINGS, LEAVES, SMALL BUSH TRIMMINGS):

OUR STAFF WILL BE COLLECTING YARD WASTE EVERY TUESDAY BEGINNING NOVEMBER 2, 2021.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR YARD WASTE PICKUP:

1) ALL YARD WASTE MUST BE BAGGED AND EACH BAG MUST WEIGH LESS THAN 40 POUNDS.

2) ANY BRANCHES OR STICKS LARGER THAN 2" IN DIAMETER WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. YOU MUST TAKE THEM TO THE DUMPSTER IN THE STORAGE LOT (LOCATED OFF OF TAHO CIR). ACCESS TO THE DUMPSTER IN THE STORAGE LOT WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM 7 DAYS A WEEK.

LARGE BULK ITEMS AND APPLIANCES:

1) HOMEOWNERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO FIND A PROVIDER OR CHARITY TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS. PLEASE CALL AND VERIFY IF THEY WILL ACCEPT THE ITEMS YOU HAVE FIRST. (THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE LIST AND THERE IS NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THE CHARITIES). FEEL FREE TO DONATE TO THE CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE. BELOW IS A LIST OF CHARITIES THAT WILL PICKUP THESE ITEMS:
