Keith and his wife, Lisa, with whom he’s been married to since 2001, relocated to Florida in 2015 to care for his folks.
Just before making the move, Keith resided in Crown Point, IN where he was a residential real estate broker and served as the city’s Chief of Staff. In that role, Keith managed 200 employees as well as the city’s multi-million dollar budget; he carried out day-to-day operations and acted as the media liaison.
Earlier on, Keith serviced the public for 13 years as a Police Officer; 11 of those years were spent as a K-9 Handler.
A proud member of our team, Keith is happy to assist the many customers and residents of StrawBerry Ridge!

Tina McDonald – Title Clerk, Office Clerk
I’m a native Floridian (Tampa) having grown up in the Brandon area. Since 2006, I’ve been happily married to George. We have a blended family of seven successful children along with seven amazing grandchildren. I love to read, dance and spend time with my family and friends.
I had an exciting and fulfilling career as a Physical Therapy Assistant for over 30 years, working primarily with the senior population. It was heartwarming and humbling to hear the stories of so many of my patients. With that said, I’m now enjoying the next chapter of my life here at StrawBerry Ridge serving a similar age demographic. My co-workers have become my new family and I couldn’t be more blessed. We laugh, sometimes cry, but always support and respect each other. And for the record, I’m a huge Elvis fan, which you’ll notice if you come to the office!

Yvette Vasquez – Weekend Housing Consultant
We moved here to StrawBerry Ridge from New York back in October of 2016. I have three children and seven grandchildren with whom I love spending quality time.
My work history consists of time at Coram Home Infusion, which is a part of CVS, as well as six and half years as a medical billing authorization coordinator. I really enjoy my role here with Team StrawBerry Ridge.

Sherri Purcell – Accountant/Bookkeeper
Sherri Purcell joined Team StrawBerry Ridge on September 4, 2018 bringing more than 30 years of accounting and office management experience.
Upon her arrival to StrawBerry Ridge, she wasn’t looking for just a job but more like a “family,” which is exactly what she found. They say, “You will never work a day in your life if you are doing what you love” … and that’s the motto she lives by!

Jo An Bernacki – Weekend Receptionist
Jo An moved to StrawBerry Ridge from Indiana in 1991 and began working for the Blair Group in the mail room of the marketing office in April 1992. When the marketing office transferred from StrawBerry Ridge to Cypress Lakes, she moved with them and worked as a telemarketer until 2007 when she transferred to the Sales Office in StrawBerry Ridge as title clerk and administrative clerk. Jo An has three children, five stepchildren, 16 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading and going to the beach, traveling and staying in touch with people. She's been very active with the activities in StrawBerry Ridge. LIFE IS GOOD.
