 RULES for submitting a post to the Volunteer Editor and DISCLAIMER:

1A) THE BLOG DOES NOT ENDORSE ANYTHING OR ANY ENTITY.  Any 
       business that is conducted is solely between that resident & the business or
       others.
       Please do your "Due Diligence" as a responsible consumer.

1) Please be specific and factual...announcements only.

2) If possible, send files in .jpeg or MS Office or similar Open Office/Libre formats.
   (but not required) I will contact you if there is any issue with your post.

3) This Blog is meant to FACILITATE effective communication amongst residents.  
    Please be productive, refrain from rude comments, and be constructive    
    so that residents can get the most out of their experience within the community.

4) Plan ahead, be considerate, and coordinate desired post/event at a reasonable 
    time prior to need. (i.e. at least 2-3 days ahead).

5) There will be NO anonymous posts.  No name, No post.

5) The decision to post or not post is made by the Volunteer Editor and is FINAL.
